It's a hole in the wall near the termini. We were in Rome for one night and wanted to change from Italian food and boy was this a great idea. It seems it's a husband and wife operation and they have only a few options on the menu. We ordered a bibimbap and a bulgogi. Both were fresh and delicious tasting! The prices are fair as well! No alcohol, just some soft drinks. I would highly recommend it!

This small eatery is run by a Korean couple. The shop is decent, tidy and clean. Ordered Manzo beef with rice for takeaway. Service is fast and the lady is very polite.
When I started eating it in the hotel room, it is a "wow". It is just super scrumptious. The veggie, kimchi, beef and rice mix perfectly together. The Korean chili sauce is icing on the cake. It's not too hot but a little sweet, works perfectly with th beef.

The food was incredible, perfect portion size, and reasonably priced. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars for being small but that is a minor point. It was not lost on me that all of the other diners are Korean which is how you know it’s legit. On a hot day, this place really hit the spot. And the service is friendly too!- Group size

The dish was really delicious and well-prepared — you can tell the kitchen takes their job seriously. The portion was filling, the sauce was great, and everything tasted balanced. By the way, I counted the calories using the service shown in the photo. It was super quick and convenient — everything was calculated in seconds! Highly recommend trying it if you’re tracking your diet.

I tried the bulgogi and chicken bibimbap for lunch with parents and we really enjoyed it. We even ordered again for dinner and the bulgogi box was great as well. Great service and fresh food! Will definitely come back when I come to Rome again!

Starbaps is one of the most authentic Korean restaurants in Rome. On our last night, my wife and I were in need of Korean food, and we arrived at Starbaps for dinner. It's a cozy restaurant owned by a Korean couple. They were so lovely and welcoming. We ordered the Bibimbap, and it was probably one of the freshest bibimbaps we've had. They served the dish with a lot of authentic Korean vegetables and bulgogi. They also serve other Korean dishes like Ddukbokki.
It was very tasty and really fulfilled our cravings for the rest of the trip in Italy. If you are in need of a break from pasta and pizza, we can't recommend Starbaps enough!- Servizio

Small restaurant owned by real Korean couple. They were so friendly & their authentic Korean food was so delicious! Bibimbap was the best but cold noodles & tukbokki were also amazing. We were craving for Korean food in Rome after traveling around Europe for 3 weeks. Definitely satisfied our cravings! Highly recommend! Close by Rome Termini train station.

An oasis in the sea of pizza and pasta. Make to order, quick food, made fresh will not disappoint. Super authentic, I felt like I was stepping into Korea with the smells of the shop and flavors of the food. Simple menu as not to confuse new customers, but all the dishes one could ask for in Rome! of all places. Great prices and great portions. We would go back if staying in Rome longer.

안녕 Martina 아름다운 리뷰를 보내주어서 정말 기뻐요. 계란 추가에 대한 당신의 조언도 너무너무 고맙습니다. 한가지 알려드리고 싶은 것이 있는데, 일반적으로 한국에서의 비빔밥에 올라가는 계란프라이는 좋은 식재료이고 비빔밥의 상징처럼 인식되는데 보통의 비빔밥보다 재료의 종류가 두배가량 들어가는 우리의 비빔밥과는 잘 어울리지 않아요. 계란의 맛이 너무 강해서 모든 신선한 재료 각각의 맛을 지워버리기 때문이죠. 그렇기 때문에 우리는 불고기, 닭고기, 두부 등 더 비싸고 좋은 재료를 풍부하게 넣어 식사를 하는 동안 모든 재료가 각각의 맛을 느끼게하는 동시에 모든 재료가 어울어진 비빔밥 특유의 맛을 내도록 했답니다. 이것이 다른 식당의 비빔밥과 큰 차이를 만들어내고 많은 손님들이 우리 비빔밥을 드시기 위해 다시 찾아오는 이유입니다. 우리 또 다시 만나요~~
quick service. the bibim naengmyeon was refreshingly cold, full of flavour, and the right level of spicy for me! Ive been missing Asian food and saw this korean eatery when searching for a place. FYI, i have tried a few other restaurants but always found the food lacking in seasoning and salt. Luckily, this place was able to hit the sweetspot and Im planning to return for another meal before I leave Rome
